Rental Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS:
A $350.00 deposit is required to secure a reservation or 50% of total rental if less than $350.
Reservation payment must be made with a credit card.
CANCELLATION:
$175.00 Fee when cancellations are made more than 15 days prior to departure.
$350.00 Fee when cancellations are made 14 days or less prior to departure.
FINAL PAYMENT:
The balance of rental charges must be paid at the time the car is picked up.
The balance can be paid with: credit card, travelers checks, cashiers checks, or cash.
All non credit card payments require a credit card guarantee.
Early Termination of Rental:
There will not be any refund for rentals that are returned prior to the previously agreed rental return day.
INSURANCE:
Drivers must be at least 21 years of age. If renting a 12-15 passenger van driver must be at least 25 years of age.
Client must supply own personal coverage from insurance carrier.
SMOKING PROHIBITED:
All rental units are NON-SMOKING. The penalty for smoking is a $500.00 fine.
FURTHER RESTRICTIONS:
Pets are not allowed in any rental unit.
Absolutely NO FISH allowed in the car unless it is in a cooler. The penalty for fish odors in the car is a $500 fine.
All car are restricted from operating on the Denali, Dalton, Dempster, Edgerton, and Taylor Highways.
No cartop carriers or trailer towing without completeing written agreement form. The penalty for towing a trailer without written agreement is a $500 fine
CLEANING:
All rental units are required to be returned in the same manner as when it departed. Any open food and garbage are required to be disposed of properly prior to the return of the car. The penalty for returning a car that is not properly clean is a $250 fine.
FUELING FEE:
A fueling fee of $50.00 plus the cost of the fuel at $7.50 per gallon will be charged to customers who return their rental unit without a full tank.
LATE FEE:
A late fee of $50.00 per hour will be charged for returning your unit after the return time on your rental contract.
